Functional Life Coach
and
Rapid Transformational Therapist

The obstacle is the way.”
Ryan Holiday

For 37 years, I thrived in a high-pressure career, mastering resilience, mental clarity, and transformation. But what I learnt was that true success isn’t just achievement—it’s fulfilment, energy, and purpose.

Driven by a passion for helping others break free from limitations, I use Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT®), Functional Life Coaching, Mentorship and Accountability to empower individuals to regain confidence, vitality, health and direction. If you feel stuck, drained, lack drive and energy, I help you unlock your potential, redirect your path and create a future where you thrive.

My Credentials & Experience

A qualified RTT® Therapist, Functional Life Coach, and NLP Master Practitioner, Wellbeing Practitioner, I hold numerous Leadership qualifications and was awarded a Chief of the General Staff’s Commendation for outstanding service to the British Army. My expertise lies in rewiring the mind for lasting success—building resilience, energy, health and clarity.

"Throughout my military career, I rose to the top through the ranks—first as a soldier, then again as a late-entry officer—overcoming challenges such as prejudice, stress, anxiety, self-doubt and imposter syndrome. Facing adversity not only tested me but shaped my mental strength, self-belief, and leadership skills. I learned that true confidence and resilience are not inherited—they are forged through perseverance, adaptability, and unwavering commitment to growth."

Through experience, I’ve mastered:

  • Mental discipline & self-leadership

  • Critical thinking & decisive action under pressure

  • Leading with purpose in demanding conditions

  • Pushing limits for personal & professional growth

  • Training the mind to work for me, not against me

  • Optimisation of the body - through exercise & nutrition

  • I learned that life isn’t meant to be taken too seriously—because no one gets out alive.

Living Life to the Fullest

Beyond coaching, I embrace life with energy, adventure, and purpose. Happily married with two grown-up sons, I stay grounded through DIY projects, reading, walking my dog, open water swimming, SUP, biking, weight training, running, meditation, breathwork, and traveling in my converted van—always seeking new experiences that fuel both body and mind.

As a former Ironman triathlete and a Soldier, I know firsthand what it takes to push past perceived limits, build resilience, and unlock untapped potential. That same determination guides my coaching—helping you cultivate unwavering confidence, vitality, and the mindset needed to shape your best life.
